Well its like this on the last oil about three months ago we were told that our rear brakes were 4/32 and need to be replaced that technician should be fired because we have yet to do the rear brakes because they had at least 75% left and at this oil change everything was fine so I did lose some respect for your service department and I am sure once people hear brakes they just say do it thank god I was a ase certified mechanic

Brought my car in on Tuesday night for Wednesday appointment. 2 PM Wednesday never heard anything about my car. The text link to see status of my car showed that it was still sitting and nothing was being done. Had to call back at 5:55 PM because service closed at six from what it said online still hadn’t heard anything about my car to be told that my car would not be ready. Thursday morning came still didn’t hear anything. Sent a text getting a status and was told that the information I provided was wrong about what was wrong with the car and that it was a nine hour job and that’s why it took so long and the text was all in capital letterswhich I felt was very rude and inconsiderate. The fact that I didn’t get any calls and yet it seemed like I was being yelled at via text.

Hello: Ref: 2020 Silverado 45,585 miles. The service that I had scheduled on 8/07/25 was performed with no issue and completed the same day. Normally the dealership performs a maintenance inspection. That part of the service may not have been performed as I did not receive a completed form. The next day when leaving work I heard a small noise from under the vehicle. When I got home was busy packing to leave with the truck for a vacation next morning. Next morning walking to truck I noticed the lt. rear tailpipe section was hanging very low. With further examination the tailpipe clamp had broke and the tailpipe had disconnected from the Y pipe section just behind the spare tire. This was one half hour prior to me leaving for vacation. Both my son and I do work on vehicles. I was dressed in good clothes so my son who stopped bye went to a local auto parts store and purchased and installed a new clamp. Since, I have checked and the other clamp nearby is about to break as well. This looks like poor quality OEM materials. The aftermarket clamp looks of better quality. Be nice to get a response for this. Parts of the exhaust system are Stainless and look to be able to last for quite some time. Others not good. Be nice to get a response to this. Very surprised this failed at 45,585 miles. By the way the vehicle has a (bumper to bumper) warranty I paid $2,500.00 for!! W. Lloyd

While most of my warranty work was completed I dropped the car off twice and stayed the backup camera was not working properly. I goes to a black screen and says “service rear vision system”. I was told they did not see it and there was no code so they did nothing. Lo and behold a week later it is doing this again. FYI it does not throw any code as I have the reader for the car. I’m not sure what to do to get this fixed and it is covered by the warranty I have.

I purchased a brand new Yukon Denali in April 2025. Sadly, I have a defective taillight and it was ordered and arrived to the dealership. Additionally, I have a cosmetic issue with the drivers door handle which needs body work attention. Unfortunately, I have to continue to wait because the dealer has no loaner cars available. I was advised that people have had there motors blow up and they take priority over me. I will never buy a GM again from Johnson GMC .

I had an incredible experience from the very first day I walked into the dealership, even before being certain whether I would purchase a GM vehicle or not. From the beginning, I was treated with the utmost respect and attention to detail by Alex. Alex was extremely patient and professional, never aggressive, but instead genuinely interested in understanding why I was considering that vehicle. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and never pressured me to make a decision. When I shared that I have a wife and family and that this was not a decision I would make on the spot, that never changed his attitude or willingness to help. I have nothing but positive things to say about Alex, and I am confident he has a very bright future within the company, wherever his career takes him. From there, the experience continued to be excellent through the negotiation process. I fully understand that there are two sides in any negotiation, and that is part of the business. Even so, everyone involved was highly respectful, transparent, and straightforward no surprises, no hidden tricks. It was genuinely a pleasure to negotiate with the team. When we moved forward with Jeff Bash, the Finance Manager, the experience remained just as positive. From the start, he reviewed the numbers with me, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and worked efficiently to get as close as possible to what I considered ideal. This was a completely different experience compared to others I’ve had in the past, where the approach can often feel aggressive. That is not the type of environment I respond to, and I truly appreciated Jeff’s professionalism. He was also very attentive to my family and my wife, making the entire process comfortable and respectful. In the end, we reached an agreement that I am very happy with. I’m extremely satisfied with the vehicle and with the entire team’s service. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved. Not only for this purchase, but for future business as well the way I was treated earned you a long-term customer. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this dealership to others.
